Vacation Rate Application

A utility customer that will be absent from their residence for a period of three or more consecutive months with the intent to reoccupy the residence, may apply to have only sewer and garbage services waived for that period. Any maintenance fees and debt reserve fees will still be charged during this time. Refuse service will not be prorated, and only dates that fall in any complete billing period (1st-last day of each month) will qualify for removal. Application must be submitted prior to leaving to qualify for the snowbird rate. Services will be reinstated on the date indicated on this application, unless otherwise communicated. Accounts with usage will be assessed the full refuse charges.
