Contractor License Application

Contractor licenses are issued for a calendar year. Annual renewal for licensing is due on the first day of the year. Please provide Proof of Insurance document (general liability & workman’s comp) and Proof of License (Excise Tax document) Once we have all required documents and payment, we will be able to work on your application for a contractor’s license.

$100 License fee must accompany this application.
